Very poor. Seems there is something wrong.
How can they take money, than cancel the booking and say offer not still there and take long to give back. Or never and i have to cantact police in thailand.

Through on your agency website, I have booked the Royal Pacific Hotel & Towers Kowloon, Hong Kong early morning (Aug. 18,2016) the Booking Reference: 5075931. I called the Hotel (852)2736-1188; they said that I did not book the room (Nov. 1,2016) at all. They told me that their booking number start the digital is should start "7" instead "5". Confirmation Ref. 4189009: Hotel Baia, Bodrum, (Turkey) informs that reservation has not been made despite full payment 3 days ago. What's going on? How long does it take for partial refund because length of stay was shortened.

Now 3 weeks are over and i got no refund. You took my money after 5 seconds, than you are not able to give me a room for the booked rate. And now i still wait for my money. Soon i will be in bangkok. May be i have to go to the police. If you take money and give nothing for it you have to transact it direct. Or better not take it before you can guarantee the booking
