I booked a room for 3 adults the gave me a standard room does this room have 2 beds? i hope so because i said 3 adults! can somebody help me if i need to change my reservation? its for june 6 2016

Answer:

Normally standard room would have a double and single. But best check with hotel direct. Never again will i use a third party

We just booked with this site for accommodation in kingscliff australia at salt resort. by the look of these reviews doesn't even look like we are guaranteed our booking and the money has come out. can you tell me if our booking is confirmed?

I have made a booking with you in miami & will require the hotel shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. what is the procedure for booking this?

After receiving a voucher, why does the hotel do not recognize the reservation?

With regard to your enquiry, please note that a portion of our rooms are purchased from wholesale agents who have contracted hotel rooms in bulk from hotels around the world. Once a booking is confirmed with us it is already 100% secure under our wholesaler's allotment. Approximately 2-3 days before a guest’s arrival date the name list will be sent to the hotel. This is done to avoid any confusion when checking in as the wholesale agent receives ongoing name changes to their allotments. We trust that you shall find this explains the booking process. Should you require further confirmation, please provide your 7-digit Booking Number to our Customer Service Department via email (en@hoteltravel.com) and they will supply you with additional information. Confirmation ref. 4189009: hotel baia, bodrum, (turkey) informs that reservation has not been made despite full payment 3 days ago. what's going on? how long does it take for partial refund because length of stay was shortened.

Dear Murat, The refund was processed on HotelTravel. Coms end on 21 June. The remaining time it takes for the refund to be processed is dependent on the card issuing bank and its internal refund procedures. The booking has been reconfirmed by Gizem AYDEMİR from the hotel, and the booking will show in the hotels system. Best regards

I have cancelled my booking which is 100% refundable. but how long does it take to get the refund. your call centre said minimum 1 week to several weeks? is this a joke? and how come refund depends on my financial institution? will be grateful if i could get my ans quickly.

Hi my name is judy and i booked a hotel at the hilton in quebec canada from hotel travel confirmation number 4754695. i have another reservation as well with air miles. in order to stay in the same room for two nights the hotel request that you put a request in for the 2 reservations to be connected and i was wondering if you could do this for me
