Second purchase, payment went through and suddenly they sent me an email saying order cancelled. Called CS and they told me it was "computer glitches" and can help with reordering via phone (called number on Wayfair website). Then after 5 minutes they told me my account was locked for no reason at all. I asked why, they told me they can't say and I need to shop somewhere else. Now I have to wait for my refund to come in and such a waste of time. What a marketing scheme! STAY AWAY! Their famous service does not equal to their customer support. Definitely the worst I've encounter yet! I was just asking them to delete my account since I have the right to have my personal information removed. Instead, what I received was rude agents and they only "deactivate" my account. No further help or respond was provided. Becareful and beware!

We are booking a service-apartment suites in Toronto and paid in full upfront. It stated in hotels.com description it was a 24-hour check-in and that's one of the reason we booked it because our flight arrived 7AM. Suddenly we receive an email from the apartment 3 days prior to our reservation that the suites only available 3PM and we reply saying hotels.com wrote that it's a 24-hour check-in so we called hotels.com "costumer service". They said probably we ended up looking at a wrong website but we already took a screenshot of it before we made that call. After saying they will speak with the "supervisor" for quite sometime (10 minutes or so) the "customer service" challenged us to look at their website and I'll be damned, THEY CHANGE THE DESCRIPTION of the apartment suites! This is practically fraud to paying customer! Instead giving a solution, they change the description after we have paid in full and did not give us any solution at all! Beware and do not ever, I mean EVER booked with this tricky company called hotels.com!

SCAM ALERT! Their staff deleted my profile which I have never requested and that's after I purchased basic pro account with active credits still available. I tried to contacted them but I don't get any response for several days now. I don't know how I can get my money back since I cannot get into my account at all. It's a dangerous business method to take your money and they shut down your profile afterwards. I did not violated any of their rules, in fact I just recently sign up and purchased 100 credits for $160 to contact some prospective clients but no positive response yet. DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAPS!
