CapitalHeight, Indore has intraday products & they charge Rs. 7.50 lakhs for one such product promising 3 times the amount in profits. Their Staff, Himanshu, convinced me to sell my good shares worth Rs. 13 lakhs and pay their fees stating we can make more than 20 lakhs out of that Capital. I sold the shares and paid their high fees but within no time, I lost an amount of nearly 25 lakhs paying them fees, brokerage and intraday losses.

I escalated this issue to the legal Head, Ms. Nikita, of continuing losses, mismanagement etc., despite payment of 5.50 lakhs of fees to CapitalHeight.
Instead of looking in the complaint seriously, the legal head spoke rudely & threatened me with litigation and further mentioned that I had paid Rs. 70,000/-, Rs. 85,000 & subsequently Rs. 3.95 lakhs "because I was making profits". Despite sharing the details of Profit & Loss statement, which they also have at their end, it was assumed that Profits were made due to which I willingly & voluntarily paid Capitalheight a sum of Rs. 5.50 lakhs as fees at that time.

Requested Capitalheight to provide details of Profits made from March 2017 till date that justifies payment of Rs. 5.50 lakhs as fees. There were 2 other staff of Capital Height who, under the guise of providing free trial, ended up wiping out almost Rs. 8 to Rs. 9 lakhs of my Capital. Despite huge losses made, one of their staff was still asking for additional fees to be paid on 31. 8. 2017. Details of the trades are with me that will be produced to the concerned Authorities when required. I tried raising this with SEBI but have not been able to get details of CapitalHeight to log the complaint.

At the outset, I must thank BigBasket for delivering groceries few times during lockdown. However, they have no control over the quality of fruits & vegetables that are being delivered or transportation of the products. At times, the items a lying on the floor of the vehicle. Customer Service is a big zero.
The site is user-friendly to search for products but one has to take a trip to the moon to lodge a complaint. The site has been made in such a way that one has to spend hours searching for a path to complaint. There is an exchange system but who will exchange items worth 50 & 100 rupees when getting a Delivery Slot is so difficult.
I have faced issues with quality of products, cancellation of critical items, shortage of delivery, damaged items, refund, technical issues etc., etc. but Customer Service has been pathetic. Even these days, there will be nobody on the Chat Option. If one calls up Customer Service, there will be vague response & nil resolution. They will promise to call back but NEVER has anyone called back.
Spending an hour or so, one groups 15 to 20 items in the Basket. Though these items are seen as available, few of them (at times more than 50% of the items) will be knocked off the list stating they are not available? After payment, there will be no delivery slots. One has to keep checking every time to see if there is a slot available. By the time a slot is available, another 25% of the items are not available. Advance against order is paid after a slot is available. Next day, a mail will be received that some items are not available. Then we have to wait for a 3 hours window as the actual timing of the vehicle is not know. Even after all the reductions in the list of items, there are times when the delivered items are short of the final order. What kind of Stock Control is this?
Recently I have been facing technical issue wherein there are several Delivery Slots seen during the day but at Payment Stage during checkout, there is a message that no delivery slot is available.
I have sent several emails to Customer Service with screenshots of the error but each time some different person responds with different interpretation of the issue and zero resolution. Instead of escalating the issue within their technical team, BigBasket is ignoring the complaints because they are currently full with Orders. This is really frustrating. By the time the issue is sorted, most of the items will not be available, as the way it happened last time too.
Yesterday & today, I have sent emails to the CEO of BigBasket but yet to receive a response. If they are not bothered about Customer Service, very soon Customers will look for options. Kindly review your operations & review before it is too late.

I have used the services of Paytm in India since a very long time. Earlier, to recharge my cellphones and later for a seamless, competitive priced online experience. I have used the site to order food, pizzas, shop for clothes, cellphone, mobile accessories & even purchased a Treadmill. Their Wallet system & Cashback is unique & adds a lots of value to the shopping experience. I would strongly recommend Paytm for their services!

I received an email on free guidance or advice. I strongly believe that these emails are generated by some Computer/Server & not an individual who has Powers to lead us towards money or better life.In an emotional email, I was asked to pay some dollars online to perform "secret ritual of astral protection" else the consequences would be "very damaging". I was told that a lot of money will be received after the great date i. E. 15. 12. 15. After this, I started receiving more emails to perform some other ritual, asking for many more dollars. Like a fool, I paid that amount too. Emails were being sent from 3 different id's. Not satisfied with getting money twice, this email id started troubling me again for money 3rd time & I blocked the id. Please do not get fooled. I have lost money but you can save your money.

I received my refund later.

Tip for consumers:
Once you pay, be ready to keep paying. There seems to be no end to requests for sending dollars. Post the review, I received a msg from a person called Frank, assistant/representative of Tara-medium requesting me to send a private msg to Tara. I tried send a mail to 4 different id's that Tara has been communicating but there was no response. I also tried to contact through the website but was informed that my email id does not exist in their records ?? Not sure who can help in getting my refund
