Piece of crap! Every time something actually happens, the screen is black! For Halloween, we put out a bowl of candy by our front door with our porch light on and a paper taped to the door that said Take 1 Happy Halloween! When I got to the door all the candy in the bowl was gone! I watched the video that it recorded and the screen just stayed black! My sons scooter was also stolen from our front yard while having the ring doorbell and the screen was black that time too! There are more videos that are black than videos that actually recorded what was going on! We've called customer service to help and it still does it. The doorbell is fairly close to our WiFi router. And we rarely have problems with our internet. I hate this door bell, I hope my review will help others realize that this was a horrible product before making the mistake of purchasing it, like I did!

We make our payments ever single month, they tell us it goes through then a few months later they contact us and tell us we haven't been paying! So we went to Walmart and started making the payments there now they have us in active foreclosure! What in the hell! They've done nothing to help us. They don't claim responsibility, they won't find out what in the hell their problem is. They don't even deserve 1 star! Stay far away from RoundPoint!

I absolutely HATE Rose Wholesale! Their processing time is 5-10 business days then your order should ship. I waited for a month and still nothing, so I decided to contact them. They told me sorry but that item has been discontinued.
I emailed them over and over going back and forth asking many questions such as I paid in time, so why didn't it ship a month ago when it said it was in Stock and why they never contacted me to tell me that it was out of stock or why they didn't ship my other item. They would not answer any of my questions they kept blowing them off. They were being so rude and absolutely ridiculous! Customer Satisfaction is suppose to be their top priority which I kept telling them and telling them I wasn't satisfied and they just ignored it. I couldn't believe how rude their customer service was! I will never shop their again.
