Should have known it was a scam from the start. I figured it was probably counterfeit merchandise that would look like what it was replicating for about a day, but as long as it looked the same for a day it served it's ultra cheap purpose. Sadly I extremely quickly realized fraud, we are talking minutes after receiving my receipt and it being obviously fraudulent, and immediately contacted my bank. My money was luckily returned to me by my bank. How did I know it was fraudulent? The shop name on my cc was dgfsillas safdkhs from Bejing and the amount was more than I agreed too.

While waiting for the stop payment I decided to be proactive, try to contact the company. You can only contact them through the site, no addy, no phone number, etc. Wish I had thought to check this rather than get excited about baubles. Next I decided to go on a small pictorial, including my account pg., receipt and the very bottom of the page. This would prove incredibly useful later on.

I then contacted the website through the only contact listed on the page, a box you can write customer support to with extremely limited options. I put very clearly I was order 14 (this too will change) and I expected response within 24 hours of this email with date and pst time. I did get a response, something to the tune of we will ship within another 48 hours. This went against their usually ships within 24 hours policy on their page, and myself being order number 14 knew it wasn't going to be a long line. So I told them that. I also told them I ran a whoisit on them and that they turned out to be associated with the Xin Net Technology Corporation (I learned about whoisit through this process as well as google verify, now I know, you need to as well) and then googled the company. They are a well known scam company for goods such as electronics, jewelry and luxury furniture. Their most well known scam is Kunda trade company. Don't feel too bad if you have been scammed by them. A lot of smart people have been when they get too much stuff lust. Their M. O.? Charge you about 7% more than what you ordered, then never send the stuff. I wished them a nice day, and included the jab of scammers at the end. They actually responded back!

The next response was to the tune of "Well fine then, do you want a refund?" I said yes, thinking this was just too funny. Did I catch them too quick for them to know what to do? Was I going to get two refunds? If so did I scam the scammer? I knew more was coming though.

I said yes I want an immediate refund. Their response? To build a new part of the site that said they kept a 30% restocking fee if you made returns. Remember those screenshots I told you about? Even of the bottom of the page? This is where they would prove useful. I had the proof the link they sent me had not existed a day ago. So I went to the same part of the site, by my receipt, and took the picture again with the new link. I sent both pictures to them pointing out that in fact that had not been there the day before and here was the screenshot to prove it! This was at 2 am though, and I was tired and went to bed, I had to go to work the next day.

A sleepless night passed and I awoke to no new email. I went to their page, and my account had been deleted. Order 14 no longer existed. When I tried to log on I got a bar of red writing saying no such account existed. I no longer existed? After dealing with the quantum realities and possibilities I decided I did in fact exist and it was time to have some fun at their expense. I kept sending emails about my giant gun toting red neck daddy and how he often flies to Bejing on business (surprisingly the description of my father and his job is true,) and he was going to pay the gentleman who runs this company a visit to explain to him why not to harm good hardworking Americans (he's not even been told about this). Then I told him I contacted the fbi, was sending the cia after him, just hoping he peers over his shoulder the next few days. Let him feel as stressed as I had too. I never did hear back from him though.

Overall this is a terrible, horrible company that yes I can assure you is a scam. Bottom line if you want something from Tiffany's save up. It's the only way to get it.

I suggest being a prime member, free shipping, free returns next day at my doorstep and same day refunds. I love amazon!

It's just not a great site. Feels as grody as the physical locations. The only place you might actually be able to catch a cold online.
