I ordered two items in what I thought was plenty of time to receive them before a very special occasion, i. E. 36 years as a couple with my (now) husband. No tracking details were provided so I had to ask for said details. I wasn't given one, nor was I given the details about the postal service used for delivery so that I could contact them, directly, in an attempt to locate my goods. I was stalled a couple of times after that, including promising a refund (since there was no point in re-ordering my purchases... the time for it to be of use had passed!). Despite a promise that my money would be refunded immediately, I had to contact them some time later to ask for my money, again. Is this part of a scam where people's purchases mysteriously disappear only to re-appear as items sold on eBay by unscrupulous thieves? If so, YOU NEED TO RE-SEND ME MY ORDER, FREE OF CHARGE! Never again will I be sucked in by what I thought was a reputable company with awesome clothing for sale at reasonable prices
