I am having a hard time with yellow pages with the virtual profile, and am trying hard to cancel it, all yellow pages want is your money, my profile was supposed to be done in June but there is none of the info that I gave them and the info that is on in all the other search engines is wrong, wrong address on pretty much every one, very confusing for customers and spending a lot of time on the phone talking to irate customers that have been lost for an hour and need to catch a plane! So have not paid the portion of the bill relating to profile, lets see what happens now!

Tip for consumers:
you cannot get through unless youve got 2 hours to sit on the phone and they are not friendly!!!
