I love changing my looks and style. After much searching on the Ebonyline.com site, I bought an amazing hairpiece from Ebonyline.com. An Outre Synthetic Melted Hairline Deluxe Wide Lace Part, Order No. ******* It is so fabulous! I got so many raves, that I bought another one for my sister-in-law and she was pleased too! Order No. *******. It arrived quicker than I imagined. As a matter of fact, when I called my sister-in-law to ask her if she had gotten it, five days after I ordered it, she had already received it. This company is my go-to site if I can't find something I really want. For the most part, they usually have it. Customer satisfied. Thanks Hector!

Mark Karim Zouiyen is the owner of this and 8 other sites and has not responded to emails or phone calls. This appears to be a sham company that takes information. He also owns another site called citynapin (See: https://trademarks.justia.com/874/76/citynapin-*******.html) It appears that this guys opens and closes businesses. Other businesses with his name on it are: LE TABLIER BLEU and Image Trademark. I would alert your credit card company to put this guy on notice for any suspicious charges.

I ordered a number of items on June 18,2018. They were too large so I exchanged them right away through my office. I called them to follow up on this return. They received it and I waited for the exchange. They confirmed receipt of the items. Today on August 13th, I called and asked where the exchanged items were. They told me they were never sent, instead, they said the gave me a refund. They said it was the fault of the warehouse who ignored the exchange request. I was outraged because I wanted them for a trip. It is now at the end of the summer. The customer service rep sounded like he had the IQ of a child and could not comprehend my upset. I told him that they could have followed up and told me that they refunded my card. I now have to follow up with the bank because they didn't bother to tell me, rather keep me waiting for items that were never coming.

I am pleased with the product and received it rather quickly. Thanks.
