I would reconsider at all cost. The cost of having these hustlers in your home vs doing it yourself or paying a local handy many you trust is priceless. Angie is a con. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I"M WARNING EVERYONE. They scheduled for a wed. Girl texted me and she was one block away. She text me and I told her I would go meet her to show her the street. Never heard from her again. I asked her if she was still coming. No answer.
Rescheduled for Friday at 9am. Person called me at 7am and cancelled the appt for no reason. Rescheduled for Sat. At 11. Called and canceled that same day. The last one before I cancelled was a text asking if they can bring their boyfriend to help set up. It's a free for all of all these people living in your area picking up jobs that Angie post. Who knows who these people are and if they are background checked too. They have all your information. I called Wayfair and told them all of this and they acted like it happened all the time. BEWARE!

These people just sign up to work for Angie. Kinda of like Uber but not background checked or vetted. Super unprofessional. Beware with your personal information and your home.

These people that wayfair hires to come to your home, they dont know. It's a scam. They put the jobs online and anyone near you can pick them up. They can cancel, no show at anytime. 4 of the reps they hired to do my job cancelled last minute and all of them have my personal information. Extremely unprofessional and scary
We rented a home for the Kentucky Derby. Spent over 3500 for three nights. The place was a dump. There was a cat in the house which we were highly allergic to. No ice and the fridge was broken. Hidden security camera was located. Loaded guns in the closet floor. One less bedroom that was on the description, a couch so dirty that is was black tar.
With all of these problems, they did nothing to refund our money. We had to file in smalls claims court. Airbnb actually made the owners changed the description of the cat and the bedroom after we complained about, but we received no help.
Airbnb is only concerned about renting these dumps out and making a profit rather than taking care of the customer.
