Twice I have shopped on the the day two bonuses were to expire, even checking their status as I entered my supermarket. By checkout time the bonuses had disappeared.

My retailer (Publix) has a bug in their receipt system that doesn't allow a duplicate receipt to be printed after the next customer steps up. I secured a hard copy but Ibotta would not honor it. A multiple purchase bonus now expires that I likely won't reach (7 items shy) because of this issue
