Somehow a ghost order got placed on 6/18 at 3am. I awake at 5am and noticed this email and panicked as I DID NOT PLACE THIS ORDER. I emailed them immediately, opened a ticket on the website and erased my payment method/changed my password.
A day goes by no answer. I open another ticket and call the number on the website, no answer. The next day I get an email stating the order has 'shipped' then right after I get an email from Michael saying only I can PAY to return the order. Not addressing how the order was even placed, not offering any help, not fixing this situation or anything. Michael was rude, negligent, and doesn't deserve to interact with the public. I've emailed multiple times and have gotten absolutely nowhere with Michael.
Do not shop here as the customer service is absolutely the worst of all time. Check reviews on google, Facebook, or better business bureau, THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE.
I WILL BE FILING A CHARGEBACK DUE TO MICHAEL AND SNS COMPLETE NEGLIGENT BEHAVIOR AND UTTER FAILURE TO PROVIDE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE
