Sneakers n Stuff

Wrong size trainers sent to me. No returns label provided so I spent nearly £15 on a tracked return to the Swedish address provided. I contacted their customer service team asking for the postage cost to be refunded by them and they flat out refused despite the fact it was their fault the wrong trainers were sent, they provided no returns options and a proof of postage was provided by me with a receipt. I have followed up and it's been 15 days of radio silence. Appalling customer service. To add insult to injury they also said they couldn't contact their warehouse team to arrange for the correct size be shipped out so I must wait on a refund on the trainers and order again. £15 out of pocket (for their mistake) plus the cost of the trainers which are yet to be replaced or refunded.

Somehow a ghost order got placed on 6/18 at 3am. I awake at 5am and noticed this email and panicked as I DID NOT PLACE THIS ORDER. I emailed them immediately, opened a ticket on the website and erased my payment method/changed my password.

A day goes by no answer. I open another ticket and call the number on the website, no answer. The next day I get an email stating the order has 'shipped' then right after I get an email from Michael saying only I can PAY to return the order. Not addressing how the order was even placed, not offering any help, not fixing this situation or anything. Michael was rude, negligent, and doesn't deserve to interact with the public. I've emailed multiple times and have gotten absolutely nowhere with Michael.

Do not shop here as the customer service is absolutely the worst of all time. Check reviews on google, Facebook, or better business bureau, THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE.

I got a pair of Vans Old Skool and Vans slip ons from them three days ago. I placed the order 8 days before I got the shoes so I'm glad they stuck to the time they mentioned, especially during covid and the pandemic. The shoes were exactly what I wanted, I have actually been in need of a new pair of slip ons too. Glad I was able to buy authentic Vans from this place with a price lower than the usual place I buy from

Nike air. Shoes wore down after a month. Not worth it. No refund. I´m disapointed. Cost was 1300 sek

They have all the good sneaker brands, especially my favorite, Puma. I've been using this website a lot because they have good discounts and it's great when you are getting presents as well, if you know the actual size of the person you are getting the shoes to. Authentic and genuine products at a great price!

My husband placed an order for 2 pairs of Nike shoes and 2 pairs of Puma shoes for the two of us. The shoes, all four of them, were delivered in less than 6 days with no issues at all from both the sides. I'm actually pretty impressed by how fast I received the shoes.
