Wrong size trainers sent to me. No returns label provided so I spent nearly £15 on a tracked return to the Swedish address provided. I contacted their customer service team asking for the postage cost to be refunded by them and they flat out refused despite the fact it was their fault the wrong trainers were sent, they provided no returns options and a proof of postage was provided by me with a receipt. I have followed up and it's been 15 days of radio silence. Appalling customer service. To add insult to injury they also said they couldn't contact their warehouse team to arrange for the correct size be shipped out so I must wait on a refund on the trainers and order again. £15 out of pocket (for their mistake) plus the cost of the trainers which are yet to be replaced or refunded.
