I ordered a tent from this company. When it arrived it was damaged, so I emailed them to get a refund (I no longer needed the tent by this point, it took so long to arrive I had already gone camping and bought another one). I emailed 3 times, heard nothing, and I doubt I will. You only have 3 days to contact them for a refund: I contacted them before that and heard nothing, so even if I do hear from them now (which I doubt) it will be past the 3 days. BAD experience, now I am out $70 and don't have a product I can use.
