I bought a Groupon ($30 value for $15). Followed instructions to use it. When I chose the flowers I wanted and went to check out, the delivery fee should have been $14.99; instead it was double that (the day I chose on the calendar said $14.99). I could not see why it would be twice that so I had to call. I spent 15 min on the phone placing a new order so the rep could fix the charges; then told me instead of next day delivery (which on my end said was possible) it was going to take 4 DAYS. At this point I was annoyed and just wanted to use the Groupon and be done. Hopefully they get delivered but I should not have had to spend all of this time on the phone for a simple order. Every time I use this company I have a problem - it will be the last time :/

I ordered a tent from this company. When it arrived it was damaged, so I emailed them to get a refund (I no longer needed the tent by this point, it took so long to arrive I had already gone camping and bought another one). I emailed 3 times, heard nothing, and I doubt I will. You only have 3 days to contact them for a refund: I contacted them before that and heard nothing, so even if I do hear from them now (which I doubt) it will be past the 3 days. BAD experience, now I am out $70 and don't have a product I can use.

I bought 2 corsets. One was the item I asked for but in the wrong color, the other did not fit right. I asked for an exchange for the correct item and a refund for the one that did not fit. They would not refund the item I asked them to (even though on their website it says they will) and they wanted to charge me a $15 shipping fee to send me the correct item I ordered in the first place!

I ordered 4 items from their website. One of them was the wrong size, so I asked to exchange (on their website this was an option). They told me that if I followed the measurements in their size chart there was nothing they could do (which, I did) As I was trying to ask them to pls exchange, they asked me what I wanted to do with the remaining items of my order. I wanted the initial issue resolved first I told them. Then they said that they cancelled the other 2 items I ordered since I 'did not reply' and I could reorder. Then when I told them I would not being doing business on their website anymore, they said the two items i could reorder were now not available. They never even acknowledged my complaint.
