I had the opposite experience, My item arrive after about 10 days, and I just love it. So surprise to see that this site have so many bad reviews. I will give it another chance cus i really love my corset

I ordered 4 items. 1 arrived broken, and 1 didn't arrive at all. The issue is the way they resolve problems. After 3 months they said they're not responsible for missing product if the country of origin (USA) doesn't pick up the package! What?!?!?!? Through NO fault of my own... I am now out the money I spent because it wasn't picked up at the post office. Don't be fooled either, if you message asking where the package is... they'll just say it's on the way. However, when I questioned further why it said "expired" under pickup, she then explained it isn't their responsibility.

I ordered 4 items. 1 arrived broken, and 1 didn't arrive at all.
The issue is the way they resolve problems. After 3 months they said they're not responsible for missing product if the country of origin (USA) doesn't pick up the package! What?!?!?!? Through NO fault of my own... I am now out the money I spent because it wasn't picked up at the post office.

June 4,2020 still have not recieved.

Tracking number is expired.

Took a month to get and its supposed to be a push up top there is no push up padding in it at all and i ordered a large its more like a medium

I ordered 3 items - they arrived individually about 1 month apart from each other. The last item to arrive was the wrong colour. When I told them I was disgusted and want a full refund they said I could get a replacement item only and I have to pay postage!.

Not happy - Brisbane, Australia.

We placed an order and waited weeks for it to arrive, which was expected. However, we got a notification that it arrived but it hadn't. I contacted them multiple times and their response was to say they aren't responsible for lost packages. They refused to send another item or refund it. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

Firstly, my item got lost' in the post, so that meant it ended up taking nearly three months to arrive. And when it did I wish it hadn't. It was absolutely awful. Terrible quality, sizing all out and I'd never wear it (bought a hoody). I immediately contacted the person I'd been dealing with about the delayed arrival to ask how to return it. Got told not to return it (which to be fair, it would cost me more than I paid to return it) and they offered a free item by means of replacement. That free item is not free - it just takes a percentage off a price and leaves me with the rest to pay, so effectively it's about a 50% discount. That isn't free. And it would mean I have to spend more to get something to replace the thing I paid for that is atrocious. So, I have three options - do nothing, and lose money; use the discount, and lose money by having to spend more to make up the shortfall; or return it and lose money as it will cost me as much to return as I paid for the thing in the first place! And even better, PayPal have sided with the store because I've accepted the item! Which I did when they offered me a free item. It was only once I got the discount code I then questioned the whole situation. In short, absolutely terrible and I'd choose zero stars if I could. AVOID!

I purchased 2 items. They took forever to arrive, I started to think they never would. But I couldn't track it because the tracking info didn't work. One item arrived and it was medium-bad quality with a hole in it. That I decided to just keep. Then the second item arrived. It was a medium when I ordered a small and it will not fit. It's lingerie, you can't wear it "baggy" for goodness sake! And the quality is atrocious! My 7 year old neice could piece together something better looking. I'm trying to get the company to refund me but based on these other reviews, I have very low hopes. I will be reporting them to the BBB and I will post on every Facebook ad I see for then warning others. This is just not okay. This company is clearly ripping people off and getting away with it and that needs to stop.

I spent over $100 on multiple items. They have a 15 day return policy when the items didn't start arriving until over a month later. They looked NOTHING like any of the photos. Some garments were unidentifiable. The fabric feels like a cheap table cloth from Big Lots. The only positive thing I got from this website after spending all that money for nothing was. Good laugh with my boyfriend trying to figure out what the heck each garment was supposed to be when we opened them.

Ordered a product, which took a month to arrive. Product is nothing like advertised, nor did Size I ordered, per their sizing chart, fit me. I emailed this company to be told, by Laura, I can get an exchange, but must pay shipping. Why should I pay shipping for misleading, poorly made garbage from China? I am waiting for Laura to provide me with a return address to pay for this garbage's shipping cost and refund me my money. Everyone should file a claim on the BBB, attorney general's site, and spread the word about this unethical company.

Takes ages to come - ive never seen such items that look nothing like their pictures and over priced, making you thing you are getting better quality than buying them straight from china - which is where the packaging and items are actually coming from for a fraction of the price. They will not let you send items back and they will not give you a refund!

Absolutely terrible. I ordered 4 items, it took over a month to just get the first item. They all came different days and from different locations. And 3 months later I still did not receive one of the items. I wrote to them twice about this and still have not received the item. Definitely a scam do not use this site you can find the same products on other sites hopefully they aren't a scam as well. -10 stars

If I could give this site zero stars I would. I ordered three products, 2 actually came to my apartment and were so poorly made that I can't even wear them. The third one never came and was actually delivered to an address in Florida when I live in California. When I contacted the website about the third item, they refused to give me a refund stating that it was "Not their fault", blaming the delivery issue on UPS instead of themselves. This has been the worst experience I have EVER had with a website. AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Avoid this merchant. Items come from a China and shipping takes forever. Sizes not anything like described (my XL hoodie was closer to a S) and it was cut for someone no taller than 5 feet. Quality was meh. And they refuse to let me swap out item unless I pay $14. Um, no thanks. Live and learn.

Just a warning, do NOT shop at the company Dark Moon that's advertised on Facebook. Their products are junk and incorrectly described. When asked if I could return an item at my own cost, they said I could pick out a new item of equal or lesser value and they'd send it if I just pay shipping. I pick something else out and they then tell me I have to pay 58% of the product cost in shipping alone! I'm disgusted and out a lot of money. They clearly don't accept returns at all. I wear a medium but decided from previous online buying experience I sized all the way up to 4x. Product still doesn't fit at all. Way too small. Buyer beware.

Took a chance on this store and the item was exactly as pictured and the cost was low. Also surprising was the shipping time. It wasn't that bad considering it was shipped from China. Pleasantly surprised. Will order again.

All items are taking a long time to arrive, i've so far received 2 out of the four, which i ordered their "leather jacket" and "leather leggings"... well lets just say that it looks like those black plastic garbage bags, the material is cheap and garbage literally. I emailed them to get return information and they refused my return stating just because I don't like the quality or the look basically that isn't their problem. Not sure what kind of customer service that is, but I will make sure no one I know ever orders from them and will be fighting this with my bank considering I spent 130.00 for CRAP... DO NOT BUY

Took 34 days to get here with no way to track it. I had to use Facebook to get ahold of someone who works there. Returns are a horror so I'm stuck with this cheap looking, cheaply made hoodie that was over priced and took over a month to arrive. All they did was blow me off and claim 100% satisfaction guaranteed as well as a 30 money back guarantee. Beware.

They are a scam. They provide cheaply made products from China and don't allow returns. Customer service is horrible and they shouldn't be allowed to run this online business because the products you see online is not what they send you.
It's called "Let's Be Gothic" on Facebook.

Tip for consumers:
Don't do it! It's a SCAM!

This company has the worst products and terrible customer service. The pictures are beautiful but the product is garbage and nothing like the picture. I bought a bra finally got it put it in was disappointed due to how cheap it was made when I took the bra off it broke the straps came completely off!! When I emailed this concern the my want to send another piece of trash to me! I want my money back but they don't do that and it's more money than the item cost per Laura in customer support!! WOW!! I will contact PayPal as others have!! Never again!

Their quality of their clothes is awful and their photos are extremely misleading.
Not to mention even ordering in large, the sizes are all not thick girl friendly. I can only wear 2/4 of the clothing items I bought. A leather jacket (that i cant even zip myself, but at least I can get it zipped without it breaking) and a hoodie which is actually pretty decent while still being a little small.
The winter coat I bought's zipper split on try on, and the long sleeve keyhole shirt I bought barely comes over my boobs.

Seriously save your money and buy their stuff off the Wish app. At least you're paying a proper amount of money for their cheap garbage.

I bought two items from this store a coat and a hoodie. On the site they said that it runs small, so I seized up 2 sizes and while the hoodie was okay, the coat was way too small. Instead of accepting the return which was well within 15 days of their policy for returns, they gave me the run around and finally said that it would cost more than the coat was worth to return it. Save your money... clothes run small and the coat is made cheaply. The head office is in Israel, but the clothing comes from a factory in China. I would highly recommend that people don't support this place, because when things don't work out, they don't support you.

I ordered 2 items from facebook. Both arrived (in separate parcels) absolutely scrunched up. The items are literally worthless and unwearable. They appear to have been woven from plastic. The jacket in particular was like woven tent material, not even recognisable as clothing. The seller refused even to allow me to return the items. Incredibly, paypal refused me a refund on the basis that I was 'complaining about quality'. No, I'm complaining that the items are unwearable rubbish. I am pursuing a further complaint and will try to ensure Trading Standards find ot about this company

I've filed a complaint to my state's attorney general's office and I would advise anyone with trouble with this vendor do the same. Same as all the other complaints, I also ordered from darkmoon under the impression they had a 15 day return policy. 1 out of 4 items have arrived within a month, that item is way too small for me. Larges fit like smalls, but when I emailed the company I kept getting the run around and in short they told me there is no return policy dispite what the website states. I have ordered once in the past and I have to admit I was a pleased customer. This last order was over $150 and I wont get a dime of that back, nor clothing that actually fits. I dont expect any of my money back but I'm hoping my complaint and yours will stop these people from doing this.

Clothing is crap and nothing like whats pictured. Like not even close. I ordered a lace swimsuit cover up that was almost ankle. Length with a round neckline. Got a mini dress with a v neck
