I have booked a fight with TIMEFLEX conditions, meaning as it says on the airline source, I can cancel my fight 48h before the departure. When I reached out to the support of ANYDAYANYWAY agency, I received an answer that it's impossible to cancel. I lost the money without any refund and about to sue the company

Забронировала билет с опцией беслпатной отмены по условиям авиаперевозчика. Когда обратилась с просьбой о возврате к ANYDAYANYWAY, один из операторов чата ответил, что тариф не возвратный. Составляем иск, если есть желающие присоединится.
