I used this website for booking tickets to Frankfurt and everything worked great. At first I was quite suspicious about this site concerning the validation of the tickets booked here at airport customs. But hopefully everything went fine. The have an accumulating bonuses' system - it's quite useful and helps you to save some money for future purchases. The navigation and interface are quite user-friendly. The only thing I couldn't understand is that why there is a difernce in prices on anywayanyday and onetwotrip for example. The same kind websites offering cheap tickets, but the end price varies. Maybe it's because of a fee each one сollects from the user for the website's services... Anyway, the site is great to use and quite credible! Going to use it several time more.
I have booked a fight with TIMEFLEX conditions, meaning as it says on the airline source, I can cancel my fight 48h before the departure. When I reached out to the support of ANYDAYANYWAY agency, I received an answer that it's impossible to cancel. I lost the money without any refund and about to sue the company
I absolutely recommend you to stay away from this company, whose client service, located in Russia, perfectly reflect the horrible Soviet-era attitude towards clients.
I tried to buy a ticket for a Russian friend and was contacted by the security service because it seemed strange to them that a Russian traveller was paying with a Western credit card (although there is already a safe verification procedure by the bank implying an sms code being sent to the credi card holder's modile). They asked EITHER for the transacation code OR for a photo of the credit card and passport of cardholder WITHIN two hours. The first time we failed to send the documents in time and the transaction was cancelled. We tried a second time, sent all the documents. First they said "we do not want a scan of the passport, please send a photo". We sent a photo. Then they said "please send the transaction code as well". This implied calling my bank and I was just fed up with it and said that the message said "either... or", not both. They replied "yes, but the photo of your passport was of poor quality..." (BTW it was absolutely normal, perfectly legible). I just decided to cancel the transaction at this point.
