I ordered face masks back in May and never received them. For the past 5 months I have had an ongoing online conversation with their support center. They give me the same information over and over. Wait or do the same things over and over with no results. My requests for a refund are n=met with wait, we are contacting the seller. Its been 5 months. Do not use this company. They do stand behind what they sell and they will not help you resolve problems. They also won't give you any information to call or write to higher ups in the company. Just the same robotic replies from customer service

5 STARS for I recently ordered a Kidkraft kitchen from them and mistakenly put in my home address instead of, my sons. He lives across the country and shipping the kitchen from my house would have cost almost as much as the kitchen. I contacted them the next day, the order had gone in, I contacted Kidskraft, the order had gone out (talk about fast service) I recontacted pretendplays and they contacted FedEx and had the kitchen rerouted for me to my son. Not only were they cheaper than any other online site, but they went the extra mile with customer service and helped me out of a jam of my own making. 5 stars to them for all their help. Sue G
