I ordered an item on Nov 27th, they took my money in about 3 minutes. No correspondence has been received and attempts to contact them via email and live chat has been impossible. I have already filed a claim with paypal because when I check their website it shows I have no orders placed, pending or otherwise. Even though it has only been a few days paypal was very helpful in getting a claim started. I feel foolish, I normally check reviews first, instead of when a problem arises, well I was in a hurry and click, click, click... and I am out 265.99. Paypal has buyer protection so i will either get a refund or get my prooduct, they have 10 days to respond.
