The ring I received was huge and gody looking, nothing at all like it appeared online. It sat really high off my finger and I knew it would get caught on everything. Plus, the ring ran rather small for a 7, but whatever, I can return the ring with their 30 day return policy. Which is the reason I even ordered from them in the first place. I sent them an email stating I wanted to return the ring and their email back came across as being really defensive because I wanted to return this ring. Whatever, they want me to email them images of the ring with the tag still on, odd but ok. I took about 3 images of the ring and emailed them back. I got a bounce back email instantly. I sent 2 more emails with the images attached and still, bounce back emails instantly. I called their customer service number and had the worst time trying to understand what the lady was saying. She told me to resize the image and email it again, which, thank god I'm fluent in Photoshop, I resized the image and resent it 2 more times, bounce back emails both times. At this point I'm beyond frustrated, and this lady is not helping one bit. She finally asks me to go to their site and use their "chat" service. I pull it up and write my order number and that I'd like to return the ring for a refund and the guy sends me the return address instantly. Why couldn't that lady just give me the address?!? It's not a freaking secret! It's the same address that it was mailed from! Just had to write ATTN Susan, that's it! Ok, I write the address down and drive to UPS and pay $16 to return this stupid ring. I had to "chat" them the tracking number, which I do. It was delivered to them on Wednesday afternoon and I don't hear anything from them. I "chat" them to check the status of the refund and the guy says they just issued the refund and I'd get it in about 5 days. I get an email from PayPal today that I received a partial refund which is about $10 shy of a full refund! So I paid $26 on a ugly ring that I returned that I could have bought a better ring on Amazon for $26! I will NEVER order from this site again! Buyer beware! I don't want a piss poor excuse from them as to why they kept my $10, or why they're customer service blows so much. Just glad this whole nightmare is over! If you're thinking of buying from Jeulia, seriously, go to Amazon and look up their sterling silver rings. Wish I would have read reviews about Juelia before I purchased from them.

Regarding the amount of refund for your order, we indeed have the clause stated in our 30-day return policy(www.jeulia.com/30-day-return-policy.html) which says "Items that are not eligible for shipping fee refunds will not have the shipping fee returned to them. " I have passed along your feedback to our related department, and please be assured we will keep on improving our policies and make customers feel at ease with their returns or exchanges.
