My wife has ordered many candles from Bella Candles. This last purchase came broken. Bella replaced them with on good candle and one broken. Customer service gave her a song and dance. I ordered 4 candles, 2 coming here in north carolina and 2 to tennessee for my mom for mothers day. One of my moms candles arrived here(360 miles away) the other has not arrived. Customer service saw the problem, said oh my and said they would have to call me back. 24 hours later and no call. I spoke with another customer service person. Same response oh my, but this time he asked to email a photo of candle and invoice. How stupid is this when you have proof of delivery. Your candles may smell nice but they are not nice enough to try and rip you off. However it appears you are not above trying to rip off your customers. To all looking to buy from bella candles... buyer beware!
