I ordered the iRULU expro x1 (model x7) and it is awesome. I put in promo codes and got it for $29.99! I just ordered a case with a keyboard. Lets see how long that takes.

I ordered one of their laptops withcWindows 10 and a 14.1 inch capacitive touch screen. The laptop arrived quickly only to find 2 H keys and no G as well as a touch screen that does not work. Their first responses was for me to keep it, no fix. I filed a dispute on paypal. They offered me $5.00 to closedispute or issues an rma after the dispute was filed.

Steer clear of this company... buyer beware!

It is NOT worth buying a Tablet whose manufacturer is not responsible for the system that carries the device. IF for whatever you need technical assistance, make sure you buy from a manufacturer that really supports you. The experience of the support has been bad, and a tablet without the system can not work. All manufacturers have on their pages the systems of their devices to reload if it fails or malfunctions. Irulu only has the last month or year. If you are going to use the tablet for less than a year, maybe it lasts for you, but if the purchase is going to be longer, my advice is that you buy from another manufacturer. It is not worth buying a product that has no support and you know you can not use it more than a limited time. If you can, its better select any other device, any other brand than offer real technical support

I ordered two Geoking 3 Maxs early on a Friday morning and paid the additional 17.00 for shipping. I waited all day Friday and all day Monday to get a notice that they had shipped. I actually contacted them and they apologized for the delay and stated they would process my order Monday night, ship it via next day UPS on Tuesday to arrive by Wednesday, I even have the email as proof. The email also stated I would get a confirmation stating my items had shipped, but guess what? No email with tracking information... sooooo po'ed at this point!

I have posted a review now irulu has posted under my post trying to cover them self's I got 25 tablets and that all broke very quick it destroyed my business try to contact them it took weeks then when I put my problems to them that don't under stand English lol I have got hundred of tablets of different brand and never had I got any problems with any other company cheep dirt

My experience with irulu products was jus down right miserable! I had the irulu Walknbook 10.1 windows hybrid tablet/PC (orange) and I bought the irulu Victory 3 V3 7" smartphone... well I really don't understand why they throw windows or even the phrase smartphone due to the fact windows ran EXTREMELY slow! And well "smart" lol there product are far from smart! They phone crash's ever chance it gets as did the walknbook. They bought seem to be falsely advertised! I'll give them credit they did do a great job on presentation but let me tell you that the "bad" reviews you hear about are and apparently will always be true! I am very displeased with there product and services! When you try and return something they beat around the bush till you jus say "F it" like I did, hence what brought me here to do this review, and then your out $200 for a worthless walknbook that sits around (by the way I bought a Lenovo tab 3 and the obi world phone. As for my NEW ITEMS they seem runs circles around irulu) and another $200 for a piece of crap phone that just looks nice! Honestly when I'm done writing this I'm going to throw both the irulu walknbook and the irulu victory V3 in the trash! Thanks for nothing but wasting my time and money irulu! I will NEVER buy from you again because I come to find out you DO NOT sell high end products for cheap but on the other hand you sell low budget crap overly price! Way to lose a great customer. Oh and by the way, the irulu victory V3 is NOT unlock to the carriers at&t, t mobile, sprint or version. I've tried each of these providers and each of them tell me my phone is not compatible! How about just posting the victory V3 as just a tablet next time you try and sell it irulu! To any one who is reading this sorry for the attitude but like I said I've wasted $400 on garbage so I'm not in the best of mood... save yourself the hassle and stress and just buy a name brand product, seriously. My daughter won an irulu tablet and gave it to me as a gift. I open it, it feels "Cheap" as it is plastic and wobbles. It is an 11 inch tablet. I am excited to watch netflix on it in the kitchen while I cook etc. THE SOUND IS HORRIBLE. There are two little speakers that face the back. Sitting two feet in front of it, we can't hear it. We have to use external speakers or head phones to watch it and from the very first day, while watching video or any video online, there is a green / black grid pattern showing up during the movies or shows. It flickers in an out about once every five minutes or so. I contact the company and share both of those issues within a week or so of opening the box. They don't speak English and the typing back and forth is exhausting as I typed in the first line "I didn't purchase this, my daughter won it and gave it to me." They type back that I need to contact Amazon or Ebay and deal with the problem through where I purchase the item.

Back and forth like that for two months where they want to charge me $35 to replace my tablet. It is under the 60 day warranty and they want me to pay them what I could get a new one for to replace the one that didn't work out of the box!

In there somewhere they wrote that "the sound on this is low and isn't good on this product" so they are fully aware that the sound is horrible.

Then they wanted me to get a mini 4 gig sd card and put it into my computer to download a complete reboot for the device with horrible instructions on how to do it when it hasn't worked since I got it.

Last email was that they have to pay people to "restock" the item so they want me to pay $15 plus shipping after two months of going back and forth nearly every day! I keep asking "Julie" and "Candy" obviously NOT their real names or pictures, what restocking fee. The item is defective and I just want them to send me a new one! This one has never worked and is broken, that shouldn't be my problem as they have a 60 day warranty and a year extended. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY as you will get NO customer service! As well as NO WARRANTY! I will be making a video of the crappy product so you can hear and see the problems on youtube and my blog. Worst company I have ever dealt with on any product in my nearly 50 years!

Irulu.com had advertised a flash sale for 8/March/2016 at 11:00 AM. EST. I wanted to buy their Victory V3 Smart Phone. I also informed my cousin in Vancouver about the smart phone. When He logged into Irulu.com, It told him that the flash sale was for 11:00 AM: PST.
I set my alarm clock for the flash sale. I logged into irulu.com 10 minutes before the flash sale time. At the exact second when flash sale started all the Items on flash sale were already labelled "Sold out"; How could that be possible? So I contacted my Cousin in Vancouver, he said that on visiting Irulu.com he could still see the sale flash sale message, telling him that there was a Flash Sale at 11:00 AM his time which is PST. It turns out that the flash sale was all fake. It is just a scam to lure customers to buy stuff on their website.
www.Irulu.com presents itself as a low priced high alternative and innovative ITECH company. NOT TRUE AT ALL. After further research and comparisons I found out that all their products are NO different from all the other products you fins on websites like aliexpress, DH gate, Bangood.com. The products are the same, only Irulu.com rekabbels the same products and repackages it with their label. Worse yet the prices for the same products on irulu are more expensive that on other websites like aliexpress.com For instant as of today 8/March/2016, the Victory 3 Smart Phone is $189 USD on Irulu.com, but the exact same phone is $165 USD on aliexpress. So Irulu.com is false advertising.

For several weeks trying to take part in your sale. I can not buy goods at a discount. Every time there is a new problem that does not allow me to buy goods. I suspect that the whole sale is a fraud? Yesterday, during the sale I have not worked a button "Make Payment"
