I ordered a 9 piece rattan furniture set by Davis and Grant for £299.99. The item glass table top was delivered shattered to pieces we didn't even have to open the box the glass was moving around in the box. The courier service UPS advised us to refuse that part of the delivery and request a replacement which we did.

Upon phoning Groupon Goods Customer Service several times and being told a replacement will be dispatched and Management teams will be in contact via email regarding some explanation we received no correspondence what so ever. I made another call to the same Customer Service only to be told by a Supervisor called Mike that the item was out of stock and he can only offer a full refund which we still are waiting to receive at this time.
After checking online and making a phone call again I found out that groupon have the same Davis and Grant 9 Piece Rattan Furniture Set IN STOCK in grey.
We are left with partly assembled furniture due to missing parts and no table top. Its safe to say I will NEVER order from Groupon again and advise others to consider a trustable reputable company who have a better Customer Complaints service hierarchy as from those who have dealt with on Customer Service Helplines don't have a clue what they are doing let alone the products they are selling.
