I ordered one jacket Jan. 5. By late February I hadn't received it. Tracking indicated it was waiting for DHL pickup at their warehouse but was never picked up. A man with an accent at customer service (definitely wrong name!) said he would cancel that order and refund my money, and since the jacket was still in stock, her would process a new order for it. But they charged me for 3 more jackets! Apparently he didn't know what he was doing or misunderstood. Then I called again March 1 at 4:54 pm and asked for a supervisor and was told by a woman with a very heavy accent that one was not available but she could help me. Since she didn't tell me after hearing my problem what she was going to do like most agents do, I have no reason to believe she did anything. First the quality of their items went downhill, now everything else there is screwed up. There is NO customer service! Such a disappointment. Obviously changes in ownership and/or management. HOW CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD MULTIPLE TIMES?
