Returned 3 pair of newly purchased pants as the quality was not as pictured. I spent $160 for them, and Drapers is only refunding me $108 and with a store certificate for $42. The pants were never worn and were returned in original packaging. Also the refund was a month late.
I spent thousands of SS$ for my wife's wardrobe.
I will no buy from them any more.
