Flow the last review talk talk are a scammer, they hide I've cancelled with them on the 31 of August, they Were keep calling me for renew the contract and I've said no, in the end the send a bill for £37.79 as a cancellation end of contract of denying I've sent via email, they were pushing me to the dead line just to get paid an extra month, and my contract was £22 a month, I'm really being bolid by talk talk, and all advice any one seen this review, think twice before you go with them. The customer service named ( mike) he was even shouting on the phone to pledge his policy over me, even I've said thi is the first time I'm hearing this, and he said if you me to continue you need to say and we proceed, waisted my time for 2 hours in my shift get me in trouble with my bosses, and I've paid the £37.97, as unfortunately talk talk won't recognise I've called. And I've called and paid over the phone,with lady name(buhli) she refused to send confirmation as ive paid 19/09/23 and I have ask her to confirm with( Mike) to send me confirmation email as I've paid and end of contract which finished 14/09/23, but pushing me till 14/10/23. Please don't go with them you end up a victim as I'm, an to of that' I never misse a payment. They don't consider it. Customers only numbers

I've been bolide, and top of that customers service they rude and helpful and professional the name (Mike) customers service he was rude and after making me pay extra Bill it should be already finished with contract, and no email

Beware is a catch! I have received a voucher of £12.99 from tiktok of previous perches as a last seller name (call freind) careful with that one!
Me and my wife want to buy hand blender! We found geepas brand at tiktok So I want to use this voucher £12.99and I've paid +£9. Three working days the delivery out for deliver a parcel on Sunday at some point it was cancelled.
I have replied to the seller nothing. I've contacted tiktok. They invistgation says after contacting the seller. He's the one cancel the parcel! WHY we don't know? Maybe he didn't received his voucher £12.99! As I have paid £9.
I'm asking kindly for my refund on the last 48 Hours NOTHING! And I'm keeping chasing tiktok for my refund! They says it must be approved by. The seller! How come the seller you got response from him and I couldn't get in touch with him! Is absolutely wasting of money. Get to Amazon or big brands at list if you're not happy you can guarantee have you money back as tiktok is not genuine website. Is a scammer and a catch website. That's how they earn they money. BEWARE! IS TRUE WHAT HAPPENED TO ME.

Beware of vova they will tell you we refund in 17 business days, but they delay till they close the case then when send email back you haven't received the refund. They tell you please confirm you PayPal account. You confirm that they tell you we gonna pass it to pay department. Can you please wait couples more days. After a week you send email no response back.
PLEASE ANY ONE WANT TO BUY A PROPER CLOSE GO TO THE REAL WEBSITE AND THE REAL PRODUCT. VOVA, WISH, WHOLEE, ECT... CAME FROM CHINA. IS SCAM! EN LESS IS APPROVED BY BIGGER COMPANIES. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLES, FAKES, AND YOU WASTE MONEY YOU END UP WHERE IT FOR 2 DAYS AND GOES IN THE BINS. THINK WISLEY BEFORE YOU GO FOR VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, FREIND, YOU'LL END UP LIKE ME A VICTIM.

Very bad experience with them. They don't insure any costumers and they don't value any costumers. They are playing games, a lot of promising of help. Opening despute with PayPal is waisting of times they gave me 60 day frame times, then claiming not approved. You have to deal with vova limited otherwise any later payment you faced charges! How is that sounds. Good isn't it? As I qualified them., the weakest credit card merchant ever. Why you breakdown you rules? You promised to resolve the issue!

I have been victim of vova limited and paypal.
I've been costumer since 2014 never had situation as as have my PayPal closed claim keep blame me for the transaction is authorised. And I've said is been authorised automatically as since it happened I've tried to enter my account. I couldn't. Then I've contacted PayPal. They send me a link to reset my password. I have been battle with vova and they refunded the money but PayPal open case decision center, vova could not refund te money I've escalating this issue sinc6 2 months head with dispute. I'm trying to send email to PayPal but Tey kept send me go to decision centre and there the case is closed. So I have end up paying the bill and I'm forced to do so otherwise I will face charges. So vova playing in there side and paypal play in his side. And costumers get the blame. I'm really disappointed as PayPal is not credit card merchant. Is con credit cards. And I don't wish to any other costumers to have a same experience Im going through.
