I booked a flight + hotel deal with Zuji travelling from HK to Beijing on Air China. The night before my flight, I tried to check in online and found out that the flight has been cancelled. This was after 6pm. I did not receive any e-mail or calls from Zuji nor Air China informing me that the flight has been cancelled. When I tried to call Zuji, the customer care staff named Rainbow was polite enough to tell me that we had to go to the airport and sort it out ourselves as Zuji's ticket office was closed. After pressuring her, she managed to inform me of the earlier flight times, but that was all she could do.
My mom (61 years of age) and myself had to travel to HK airport with our fingers crossed praying that we get seats in the earlier flight. Thank God we did and arrived at Beijing earlier. However the experience with Zuji did put me off and I was very disappointed with them.
I will never book on Zuji again.
