“Refuse to answer emails about my order, knife arrived missing its secondary bevel so is useless”

I ordered an opinel folding knife over a week ago and it arrived without its secondary bevel meaning its blunt and useless, they have ignored all of my emails over the last week and refuse to do anything about my order. Their customer service is terrible! Do not shop at this shop! They will rip you off with crap quality products then refuse to talk to you!
