Total rubbish. Bought a guitar pedal from them, which arrived DOA. Approached them for replacement which they said would arrive within 18 days. 40 days later, no replacement. Emailed them. No response to emails. Submitted a paypal claim, got no response from them. 2 weeks later and still no resolution. A horrible buying experience. The annoying thing is this was all a relatively simple matter that any reasonable response from them could have solved!
