The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The local store is literally not working so I called the National number. I got someone with a language barrier that told me to just drive to the store. I asked for a supervisor and after 5 minutes the fool just hung up.

Bad products. Poor quality. Even worse, zero support. Company might be one of the worst out there. Picture attached is of my $300 unusable eye sore with an extended warranty I couldn't redeem. Never again. Stay away from Brookstone!

Gazelle is a terrible company. Non existent customer service or expertise. Poorly run. Zero follow up. Stay away and don't waste your time.
