Everytime something decent hits their website it's sold out before pay day. I mean how small is their inventory... like 6 of every item? Then items that are in stock cost hundreds more than Walmart or Amazon. Useless website taking up space on the Internet. I predict they will demise like Radio Shack.
Tip for consumers:
Build your credit and use a credit card to buy from anywhere. That way you get monthly payments, lower prices, and better selection.
Products used:
I bought a record player from them. Everything else I have wanted to buy in past 6 months are either sold out or insanely overpriced.
After taking my order and my money they gave me a fake tracking number. I contacted their support a number of times only to be lied to each time. The USPS tracking website says "Status Not Available
The tracking number may be incorrect" weeks have gone by and no package has arrived contradicting their 5 to 7 days delivery time. It will never show up so I lost my money and they will probably keep charging me and sending nothing despite canceling my subscription. This company is a complete mess. Either a scam or completely incompetent.
