Summit management is so substandard it's amazing they manage to stay in business. Summit believes they can do no wrong like refusing to replace damaged items, charging you for return shipping. Do Not purchase any automotive parts for Summit that are available on Amazon. Amazon makes good on any questionable or damaged item and allows you to ship it back free of charge and refunds your money right away.

Stop don't waste your time with these jokers your order will never ship especially ammo. Owner must be a moron hiring morons.
Used before
Terrible or non existent customer service, nobody there tracks back ordered parts. You are just left hanging for weeks, months on end until someone decides to answer the phone after an hour or more on hold. Buy elsewhere save yourself the aggravation. Returns require an act of god to happen.

Hello Robert, I do sincerely apologize for the hold times that you have encountered as the last few months we have been experiencing higher than normal call volumes during these times. We do have a team checking on items that are not in stock and their ETAs for the stock shipments and we update the website with this information as it comes in. We have also added a feature in the online account on website to show that ETA on the part number when you click on that order in your account.
