Terrible or non existent customer service, nobody there tracks back ordered parts. You are just left hanging for weeks, months on end until someone decides to answer the phone after an hour or more on hold. Buy elsewhere save yourself the aggravation. Returns require an act of god to happen.
Hello Robert, I do sincerely apologize for the hold times that you have encountered as the last few months we have been experiencing higher than normal call volumes during these times. We do have a team checking on items that are not in stock and their ETAs for the stock shipments and we update the website with this information as it comes in. We have also added a feature in the online account on website to show that ETA on the part number when you click on that order in your account. If you were looking to return a product a request for that can also be done in your online account.
