The glasses I ordered were too big and the color was much darker than I expected. When I tried to return them for refund it was denied. I ordered another pair but I wanted the credit for the return to be applied before was charged again. I called the number to discuss this but not able to talk to anyone. Very confusing. It seemed simple. But I requested a return the same day they finally delivered. What will happen now?

I haven't been able to speak to anyone yet. When I called the number referenced it kept sending me back to the same return page. That's it. I never had an option to discuss this further.

Years ago I bought glasses from GlassesUSA and had no problems.
