This outfit charged me about £300 for an hour's work by a plumber to fit a replacement kitchen tap. After 3 months of getting nowhere with my complaints I managed to get a full refund by Visa chargeback. I even wrote to Karl Tulloch, the managing director. I got no reply.
Never ever do business with Rightio or any of the local people who do work for them.
