“Bad service. Late delivery”

Very bad experience. They are very non proffessional. My package didnt arrive on time though they had mentionned 7days shipment time. I paid 56usd shipment and it did not arrive on time. Was an anniversary gift. Their client service center is very bad. They take 48 hours to reply to ome email. I asked for cancellation and didnt respond. Anyhow, i wish there was a zeo in the rating
