We bought one car from them and had a bad experience, but we thought we'd give them one more try: THEY'RE STILL H O R R I B L E! MUY MALO. DISASTER. Not sure how they can be in business even! I've been on the phone with them as well as tried to provide documents, spent hours and hours and hours=Going to a dealership that is a royal pain in the $#*!, is way, way, way better than dealing with $#*!VANA! Please I highly suggest you don't use them since they're a HORRIBLE company in short.

A car, but the CARVANA.COM is a HORRIBLE company to deal with. Dealership that is a royal pain in the butt, is way, way, way better. I DETEST CARVANA and their horrible business practice.
I want Carvana.com to do well, since dealership absolutely are horrible and maybe they do well in some cases, but I likely would not use carvana.com again. We got a Tesla Model S, but changed to a newer Model 3, but thought that would not be a big deal. IT WAS a big deal for them. 4 months later, still have not gotten a tag. They also promised things they did not keep. I've been on the phone with them TONS of times and just got off the phone... Talked to 4 reps, then she said "Let me research this a few minutes"... a few minutes went then disconnected. A horrible company! I'd say don't shop there.

Great overall experience in navigation and checkout, but zappos.com is still WAY better with photos, videos of their products. Also, baynote.com or similar to help people buy more showing "Similar products" or people that bought this racket, also bought these items...
Consumer Reports was before the Entire Tesla FSD $#*!-show a good reviewer, but after what they did with Tesla FSD Beta - I am not sure what the ties with Ford - influenced anything, but CR is CLEARLY ANTI-TESLA and did not read up on FSD BETA and are also showing millions on how to possibly use the system the wrong way. Tesla FSD is in BETA=It is getting improved all the time now with billions of miles CONSTANTLY improving and is ALREADY - looking at the data 700% safer than a HUMAN WITH NO TESLA FSD during billions of miles. Consumer Reports are for sure NOT unbiased and serves their own purposes. Again, with ties to Ford Motor company... That has their own ADAS (Advanced Driver Assist" solution... IMO, CONSUMER REPORTS SUCKS.

Consumer Reports should have READ UP on Tesla FSD and also provided OBJECTIVE AND UNBIASED information. That was just HORRIBLE REPORTING.
I have an MBA, tons of investing experience and a dose of COMMON SENSE that Coinbase.com seems totally lack. Their customer service is BAR NONE THE WORST I've ever experienced and I've travelled in THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES. To say they SUCK is a vast understatement. I hate them INTENTLY, since they made my life with them extremely frustrating. I even emailed the CEO Mr. Armstrong, but all I get is automated replies. They likely are understaffed, have a crummy system with bugs and then on top of that make too much money to even care. If half a star would be available or a negative one, that is my rating of coinbase.com=UTTERLY HORRIBLE! AVOID. DON'T USE.
