I received my HP laptop and I can't get it to work. It says I need to install the windows disc, which I didn't receive. My paperwork from Joy Systems says it's preinstalled. I waited on hold for 17 minutes, then the recording said to call back they were busy. I then sent an email to *******@joysystems.com. I called Tiger Direct and the representative hung up on me after I told her the problem. So I called back, and the rep- named Alvin said I had to call Joy Systems after I explained what happened previously. He said to get the case number they assign me. So I guess I'll try to call them one more time before I return this laptop. Needless to say I won't buy anything from Tiger Direct or Joy Systems
