I called and canceled twice after the purchase
But they still have not canceled my services.
Good morning! Words for today: The universe bears no ill to me, I bear no ill to it. There are long-term repercussions to what youre doing now. Everything you do, every thought you have, every word you say creates a memory that you will hold in your body. Its imprinted on you and affects you in subtle ways? Ways you are not always aware of. With that in mind, be very conscious and selective.
I never received my order. I contacted them several times to inquire about my order. They told me my order was shipped through USPS. The only response the company gave me was to contact the US Postal Service to see if they had it. The tracking number they sent me did not exist through any Postal Service. Once I responded that I did so and that every Postal Service, UPS FedEx, USPS etc. did not have it and I wanted a refund, they did not respond. This order was placed on November 4,2014. As of today (July 12,2015), I still have not heard from the company, received a refund or my product.

Unfortunately, it appears that your order has been lost on the way.
Regarding the issue, we have sent you an email and provided the solution. Please check it and reply.
Once again, I want to restate our apology to the customer for their experience. We are responsible for this and we will work hard to resolve this issue for them and to prevent it from occuring again in the future.
