I ordered 2 items about a year ago and things were fine. I recently ordered a case for an iPad. I was told 3-5 business days to ship. Each time time I checked the order status said shipping today. On a live chat I was told they would contact the print vendor to see what the holdup was. Two days later they never got back to me. When I called I was told they never heard from the print vendor. Their service has gone downhill. I asked for my money back. I better get it.
Update: I did receive the refund.
