It is unfortunate that there is no longer any Catherine's brick and mortar store. Their online shopping is awful and you will be confused with all of the "sales"going on at one time. $27 for shipping? What? $11 for a return "processing fee"? What? And you can't cancel an order after you've placed it even though it won't ship for another 7-10 days. So your only option is to refuse delivery or return it yourself for all of these fees. Horrible, horrible. And forget about speaking with anyone who speaks good and real English as their customer service is "off shore" and they won't transfer you to anyone "on shore." I should've listened to my gut to begin with an NOT ORDERED from Catherine's. I also notice that this is now part of a larger conglomerate of stores including Woman Within which is another place you don't want to order from. Ugh...

Forget Catherine's.

Having used VRBO since it first began, usually 1-2x per year, we booked a place in Rancho Mirage, CA in June 2019. We paid for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with air conditioning. At over $350+ per night for 10 days. What we got was 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, 1 without, and a bunch of ants!

Contacted property manager who said "he's working on it" then contacted VRBO. At least 2 hours overall so far on the phone with VRBO, plus a "chat" session. Multiple emails from VRBO asking me for the same information.

All you get is a run around from their customer service never getting to talk with their "Traveler Care Team" because THAT system is down and cannot be accessed. But, wait, you all work for VRBO - right? You can access things but a separate team cannot? On the same system? Huh?

Last call I asked to speak to a supervisor where I got put on hold 2x for 10 minutes each and then summarily disconnected.

I will never ever never use VRBO again. I suggest you don't either because if you have an issue - you will get NOWHERE.

Took about 10 days to get my order after placing it. Order says "FedEx" but it's really the U.S. Postal Services. Cost was $22 to ship stuff to me. Return to ship back to them is $7.50. Far far far too expensive to shop online. I am only keeping one thing out of an order of 6 items. Quality of a jacket is paperthin and see through. Cardigan is much too larger even in my original size. Tops were supposed to be "reversible" but they're really just pinned at the bustline so it gives the "illusion" it is a v-neck. Material was too clingy. Would not order from here again and I am afraid that pants I DID keep are going to be collecting things because they are very staticy. Forget it.

Ordered 3 pairs of panties. All arrived, finally. I washed them (doesn't everyone wash underwear before wearing them?) and the one white pair came apart and frayed at the waistband. When I called Her Room, I was told that since I washed them - they are non-returnable. They will only return unwashed items with tags on them. Well, there are no tags on these and I washed them as most people would do before wearing them. Are you telling me you don't stand behind the products you sell? Well, this woman tells me, you couldn't return them anywhere else. Uh... yes, I actually could and have. Defects are defects and YOU can return them to the manufacturer. I was told to "prove it" by sending in pictures. Doubt I'll ever hear from them but I will never ever never order from this place again and recommend you don't either. And shipping charges are ridiculous in this day and age when everything ships, both ways, for FREE!
