They do not stand behind their products and are obstinate in their responses.
I purchased an Engel fridge from them for over $800.
I did not use it for a couple of months but when I plugged it in it did not work.
It needed a 10 cent fuse.
This company would not send me a fuse!
They wanted to sell me one for ten bucks and then charge me twenty more for shipping

Bill: just forget it. This policy makes no sense. A fitting is to help you decide which clubs to purchase and any discounts should be honored for the entire package
