It was my first time purchasing from Nordstrom online, and while the website is great and beautiful, the operations seemed a mess! It took too long to receive my sweater, and was told that there were delays on the "courier end" as opposed to their own. Of course, not their fault, but perhaps they could've updated me more! Maybe in-store purchases will be different.
The name suggests style and for good reason: they always have high quality matieral, their operations are fantastic, and their customer support is unrivaled. My only issue is the blatant lack of sourcing from ethical places, but I suppose that is difficult problem that they are TRYING to solve.
