I tried ordering one product... twice.
The first time, I used my credit card, but they only use Paypal, and Paypal was the processor of the credit card. I never got a confirmation on this order, and after a week, the card was charged, but the order is still showing as pending.
The second time, I reluctantly chose Paypal as the payment of choice, knowing this would create an issue, because I was shipping to my son and not myself. Sure enough, even though I entered the billing and shipping addresses separately, Paypal confirmed the order as going to the billing address, not the shipping address.
So I tried calling... and left a message. A week later, and no response. I tried their web chat... nobody home. I emailed. No response. The Paypal order was refunded with no explanation. The other order is still showing as pending, even though the card has been charged.
Buyer beware on this site.
