I think this company might be the worst one I've dealt with. I just called to cancel a partial reservation and it took 3 different people lying about a policy before I was able to make the changes. All 3 reps were rude and condescending - thankful that Oregon State Parks are finally getting rid of these clowns.
I will never order from this company again. I placed 1 order with several items, but have to return most of them due to quality and size issues. They have separated my 1 order into 3, so they can charge me $29.97 just for sending them back. I cannot believe a company like this is still in business.
