I am getting the run around for a ticket I purchased on oct9th for ticket for December which is already cancelled with united and travel pod got refund. Contacted my credit card which is disputing it. First of all I thought I was talking to agent. When I made the reservation and charged my card I reach out the next day after even telling the operater I did not feel comfortable. You cant speak to anyone and when you do they tell you someone will call you back. I cant go now do to corona restrictions im 60 with underline conditions. I am very unhappy. Not only did I cancel a day after. They recharged again couple days later. I disputed withmy creditcard. This is crazy... So... angry. Still no call. No wonder 1 star rating.
