Ordered some mugs with a custom design from them. Within a day, they cancelled the order and said the design contained content that conflicted with their guidelines. It was not copyrighted or containing anything inappropriate. Rather than clarify or reach out to the customer if there was an issue, they just cancelled the order without any explanation as to why it was cancelled. That's terrible customer service and luckily this was a test product to see if I would continue to sell products there. They failed the test and I won't be doing business with them again. I wound up using another company who got my design done and the products shipped to me in less than a week without any issues!
