I chose to use my own shipping to return a $445 rug. I went to UPS was told it would cost $99 to ship. Took the rug home, called Annie Selke to ask how much they would deduct from my return if I used their shipping label. The rudest woman told me she didn't know and hung up on me. I would never buy anything from Annie Selke again. First and last time.

They are more interested in protecting safety of the fake profile than the online safety of the paying customer.
