Not the most customer-friendly children's shop.

1 -- Customers must pay for return shipping. With higher prices, the challenge of fitting growing children, and Hann's wonky clothing size variations, returns can be prohibitively expensive.
2 -- Even if an item ordered goes on sale within hours of your purchase, Hanna makes no price adjustments. Not typical of most retailers.
3 -- The clothing is cute and comfortable, but don't think I'll be shopping here again.

Tip for consumers:
Returns can be costly. Hanna Andersson doesn't offer price adjustments if an item goes on sale, even if you order only hours before. Sizing for toddler and baby items can get wonky.

Despite their claim to the contrary, I'm unaware of any attempts by Annie Cloth to contact me via Sitejabber to discuss resolution. Why use a third party when they had my email address? Dealing with Annie Cloth is a big hassle when problem resolution is required -- too difficult to get in touch with them and small chance you'll be heard. Delays shipping ALL items ordered and authorizing returns can push you past the return window, leaving you with minimal leverage. Bottom line: final sale shouldn't apply to ANY items which arrive damaged or defective. A free return is warranted in such cases, especially when overseas return shipping costs are exorbitantly high. Their best offer was a 35% refund. WHY NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO A COMPANY WHICH SEEKS TO EARN IT?

STAY AWAY! The clothes and shoes may look stylish in the photos, but getting involved with this company is NOT worth the aggravation. 1) Many styles and colors are great, but the materials are cheap and flimsy. 2) You could receive defective merchandise which you must pay to return or exchange (see photos #1 and #2 below -- shoe has missing stitching). 3) Sizing is inconsistent with stated US size equivalents and even the company's own chart/measurements. There are huge size variations from style to style -- up to as much as 14" in the waist/hips (see photo #3 below -- two garments listed as the same size!). 4) Returning anything is a nightmare -- lots of hassle and expense and ENDLESS email exchanges. 5) I was offered a 35% refund which I accepted even though it meant I'd be receiving $83 on an order of $237. I received a $36 refund, but am still going in circles with customer service regarding the remainder. May have to open a dispute with my bank to get the rest.

Easy to order. Would prefer fewer "add on" promotions. Thanks for the discount.

Reason I chose this business:

My daughter's family has a Polish Lowland Sheepdog which was bred to run a marathon in the fields each day. He needs more activity than they can give him with work and two kids to care for. If this holds up to his aggressive chewing, it'll be great.

  • Swimsuits For All

Swimsuit fabric quality was fine; colors and patterns were attractive; but stitching on several of the suits was loose coming out of the package. Styles were cute and as pictured. Sizing was as expected.

Delivery delays caused some of my order arrive too late to take on vacation, and returns were necessary. Some of the items are still on backorder and have not arrived. In some cases, substitute items were apparently sent, but style numbers on the packages don't relate to the order form or garment tags, so I'm unclear about what's going on.

I returned the items which didn't work for my mother or me. Swimsuits for All has acknowledged receiving the return, but my refund has yet to be processed even though two weeks have passed.

Given the slow refund process and extremely high shipping costs -- shipping was 30% of the order total! -- I don't see myself shopping with this company again. Summersalt is a far superior option.
