It is sad that when you go looking for help to make a cover letter and it says free then they go and charge you. At first it is 14 days for $1.95 then after you pay this it states they will charge you $19.95 in 14 days. Wait what happen to FREE. Ok I don't mind paying $1.95 for 14 days to get help writing a cover letter of up dating my resume but a recurring charge of $19.95 every 4 weeks is insane.

The ability to print, e-mail, or download your resume and cover letters are features included in our paid subscription—these are NOT listed as features included with a free account. You can download a plain text version of your resume for free. For the benefit of our users, we provide the option of a 14-day trial for a small fee. When you select our 14-day trial enrollment, you are automatically enrolled in our monthly subscription service. We also let you know at this stage that you may cancel at any time.
We offer our customers 14 day access for just $1.95, and we indicate up front that this offer will automatically renew after the 14 day period on numerous pages during the sign-up process ( (with the option of canceling at anytime). This auto renewal is listed with the features of the 14-day subscription on the sales page, payment page, processing the purchase and after the purchase (on the confirmation pages.) We also send a payment confirmation e-mail stating the date and amount of the auto-renewal.
